Very well worth the cost. How often do you get to say that these days? These are so tough you would have to try hard to break it. I don't think it's an exaggeration to say you'll have these for life. Carry them around, toss them in a toolbox or glove box or whatever, and don’t even worry about them. Very sturdy and durable.

I got several AA and one for CR123 cells, and knew as soon as I opened them that I should have gotten more. They are tidy and compact, no hassle picking up loose batteries all the time. I can’t say that about the battery holders that have a lid that snaps shut, they are made with softer plastic and it’s only a matter of time that they weaken or get crushed.

I do wish there were more size choices. For example, I need to stock a lot of AA’s, for myself as well as other family members. My current choices are either a four battery size, or a twelve. I would like to see AA offered in a six cell size. I just don’t see a twelve cell caddy as a good traveler.

I have several different sizes and these things are great! They are tough and keep the batteries separate yet very easy to access. I keep them at home, in the car and my bugout bag. No plastic lids to snap off or crack. Easy to get the batteries in and out and they are always ready.
