Well to make the long story short, Light arrived today and its going back tomorrow.
Small yes and bright too.
No Battery included! This is a $30 light so they should include the battery. Screw the top down to power it on and then unscrew it to power it off. OK, what about it vibrating for a couple of hours on my boat or motorcycle? I am guessing the bulb (LED) end will fall off, spilling the battery and then I have a $30 aluminum tube.
On high, it gets too hot to hold in 3-5 minutes.
Bye Bye fenix.
Oh yeah, the light contacts were heavily oxidized and had to be buffed upon arrival.
Brightguys are great, they already agreed to take it back.

This is a great keychain flashlight. I've had it for almost a year now and it is proven its functionality beyond it's price.
With it's size it's something that you can carry every day. From illuminating the door as you're inserting you key to lighting up your path in the middle of the night this flashlight works. It's not quite as small as AAA lights but the CR123 batter gives you a few added benefits (long shelf life being one).
My only comment is that you need to make sure to unscrew the cap a little past off because pressure on the cap can turn it on in your pocket.
I've recommended and purchased this light for friends and family. If you get one flashlight I would get the E15 because it is the one that you will always have with you.

For a year or so, I've owned a Surefire Titan T1A, which I kept in the center console of my car and dropped into my pocket when it seemed wise to have a flashlight with me. Recently, I needed another such light; and while the T1A is excellent, it costs $200, so I thought I'd search for a less expensive solution.
The Fenix E15, at $30, is a comparative steal. While it doesn't have the infinitely variable output that the T1A has (1-70 lumens), it does output twice the lumens (140) at its max setting, and it does this while being smaller and lighter than the T1A. As far as build quality, while I've only owned the E15 for a week, it certainly feels like a durable, high-quality piece of gear.
I tend to stay away from lights with multiple output setting all controlled by a single on/off switch, because I find it cumbersome and often annoying, depending on how the switch works. That said, I think the Fenix did a fine job in this regard on the E15. I like that it always default to the medium setting when turning it on, because that gives you plenty of light for most tasks. Or, with a quick twist or two of the cap, you can access the low and high settings. To keep size and weight to a minimum, this seems about as good a system as any.
A word about the high setting, which is 140 lumens. Having such a small light -- barely bigger than the CR123 which powers it -- put out such an intense beam of light is amazing. And, not only is it bright, but it's smooth and white. If you didn't know where it was coming from, you'd expect to see a much larger flashlight.
The T1A is a fine light, but the Fenix E15 is a bargain, so I've gone and bought myself a second one.

I replaced my good ol’ Arc AAA keychain light with this powerhouse. At first, I wasn’t sure why Fenix decided to start up the light at a blasting 75 lumens instead of 10 like my PD30 does, but after having it on my keys for a couple of days, I think it does make sense. On a set of keys, you want light, and you want it NOW when you turn it on. It will blow out your night vision if looking for a keyhole from a few inches away, but if you’re wanting to see what’s lurking around your car while approaching it, you don’t want to mess around changing brightness from the lowest setting.
The manual calls it an EDC light, but I think it’s more suited to a keychain. It’s too small and a little hard to change modes for an everyday carry light. (The PD30 is the best EDC light on the planet, in my opinion) As a keychain light, nothing else can come anywhere remotely close to the E15, after all, the full power 140 lumens is pretty much tactical levels that would normally be used on a gun sight. Compare that to other keychain lights at 5 to 20 lumens max. It has a good reach with lots of side spill. The output is comparable to the PD30. If you’re like me, if you have nothing else with you, you will have your set of keys, so you’re always prepared for the dark. The lowest 10 lumen mode is still quite a bit of light, and you can easily find your way around. And, at 30+ hours run time in this mode, you won’t be in the dark if trapped in a stuck elevator.
The build is the usual Fenix high quality. The light head seems to be hard enough to turn that it shouldn’t unscrew itself and disappear off of your keys. It comes with a small split ring to use with your keys. There is no battery included, so buy one with the light. I have several CR123 powered items, so I keep myself supplied. It’s pretty lightweight, and isn’t a problem on my set of keys. It’s like a somewhat long C-cell battery in a size comparison, so it isn’t in the way on a key chain.
