Mini Maglite Pro Plus LED Flashlight

The Mini Maglite Pro+ LED flashlight has 2 brightness modes with up to 245 lumens and a maximum beam distance of 150m (492 ft). This ultra bright LED flashlight runs for 2.25 hours at 100% power and up to 27 hours in low mode and is powered by 2 AA alkaline batteries*. The Mini Maglite Pro+ LED is an aluminum flashlight and is made in the USA.

Switching of Mini Maglite Pro+ LED Flashlight:
Default mode is 100% power. For low (25% power), point the head of the Mini Maglite Pro+ down (towards the ground). Then turn the Mini Maglite Pro+ on. The output mode will now be low, and you can use the flashlight normally.

LED technology is great. This little flashlight completely blows my old 6 D Maglite out of the water! The old 6 D still serves well as a backup baseball bat but that's about it. Strictly for lighting purposes it does a fine job. Wish it had a tail switch and strobe.

Classic minimag look and feel with up-to-date features. Typical of Mag this is weighted for throw although it has nice amount of spill and retains some ability to focus. Appears to have been designed for a reasonable ten minuit duty cycle before ramping down to stretch battery life; particularly useful when using alkaline batteries. So, switching light on-off-on every five to ten minutes tends to maintain full intensity. Still retains the ability to use candle mode. Nice feature is pointing the light downward and turning on immediately activates low mode without the need to twist-cycle as in many leds. Swapped plastic lens for mineral glass; otherwise Mag got this "spot on" for the cost.

I like the flashlight but there are issues with the switching system. When pointing the flashlight down to get to the battery saver mode I have to turn the flashlight on and off 4 to 5 times most times to get the lesser mode.

this is my 4th led flash light i love it so much im glad maglite finaly made and led flashlight i wish it was a tail cap switch,i gave my very first led flashlight to my mom and she loves it

Pro plus added to my collection,love this light!Great improvement from my 69lume light that i use to have.This is the 3rd MAG that i have purchased over the years,since i started collecting. LIGHTS up the yard very well,low setting is awsome when u need a little light. RUN Time is great. Another winner for MAGLIGHT! Thanks BRIGHTGUY as always job well done.
