SureFire LX2 LumaMax LED Flashlight

The SureFire LX2 LumaMax LED flashlight has 2 brightness levels - 200 lumens high, 15 lumens low. Access both brightness modes using the LX2's two stage tailcap switch. Press lightly for low; apply more pressure for high. Twist the tail switch for constant on at either level. The SureFire LX2 LumaMax is made in the USA of aerospace grade aluminum with Mil-Spec hard-anodized finish for extreme durability and measures 5.4" long with a 1" head diameter.

The Surefire LX2 Lumamax is an awesome light!

The TIR optic greatly enhances throw, very impressive and useful outdoors. (especially the high beam!) It still has quite a bit of flood for this type of optic. The low beam is bright enough for most tasks, and the batteries will last a long time on the low setting.

If ever the low isn't enough, just press a bit farther or twist a bit more and 200+ lumens are immediately available. A very nice user interface.

The clip is the greatest I've seen yet. I usually carry bezel down in a pocket, however it gives you the option to do the reverse instantly.

I could go on and on about the finer points of this light. Bottom line: This is a fine lighting tool, rugged and exudes quality. If the specs fit your need, it comes highly recommended.
