- I have not received my order yet, (scheduled for tomorrow), but I just wanted to drop you all a line Thanking YOU, for all your excellent service and products over the years. Every time I place an order, it is at the 11th hour and you all accommodate me, no matter what it is. You seem to have 99.9% of everything in stock; and in all of my orders, I can only remember one small problem which Greg took care of immediately. Mike was absolutely brilliant at pointing out things I should know and was of tremendous help yesterday. If you think this kind of stuff doesn't matter, consider this.... I just turned 50 a few weeks ago and have written about 5 letters of praise like this in my LIFE!!!! - I just want to drop you a line and tell you what a pleasant experience it was dealing with you. This was my first order with you (but certainly won't be my last)!
I purchased a NovaTac T120 light last Monday. Within five minutes of my internet order, I was contacted by a very pleasant lady from your office informing me that the item wouldn't be in until after Thursday. She even told me she would ship it by standard UPS delivery (as opposed to the 3-business-days delivery I requested, thereby saving me some money) because delivery to my area takes only 2 days anyway.
I received my NovaTac two days later - great product, by the way - with the whole process taking only 5 days!
Thanks again for a great product in the NovaTac and especially for making my first order with you a most pleasant experience!
