    Get Shipping Estimate:
    Just add items to your cart, then click on the "shipping estimate button" on the cart page.

    Shipping:
    Most orders placed Monday through Friday before 2pm ET ship same day. Orders placed on the weekend will normally ship on the following Monday. Regular ground shipping to the east coast is 2 business days, west coast - 4 business days - Florida is 3 business days. Expedited shipping is also available and you can request faster shipping when placing your order. Just add items to your cart, then click on the Shipping Estimate button. UPS shipping rates based on shipping weight and destination. BrightGuy online ordering calculates UPS shipping when you place your order. Shipping confirmations are sent via email on the day of shipment after 5pm ET.

    Shipping to APO Addresses:
    All APO orders are shipped via priority mail, insured. Shipping confirmations are sent via email on the day of shipment after 5pm ET.

    International Orders:
    All orders shipping outside the US are shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service). For online international orders, the BrightGuy website calculates an estimated shipping charge. BrightGuy will send email notification of the actual shipping charge for customer approval before shipping and billing. Note - BrightGuy does not ship international orders via the postal service.

    Fax orders:
    If you wish to place your order by fax, simply enter your order online. When you get to the Payment Information page, under "Select Payment Option", choose "mail or fax order". Continue to follow the online instructions and fax your printed order to 440.942.3556 or 888.260.2485. Remember to include your credit card information and daytime phone number.

    Mail orders:
    To mail in your order, please follow the instructions above for fax orders. Then instead of faxing your printed order, just mail it to BrightGuy along with your check or money order. Please be sure to include shipping charges. If shipping charges were not calculated on your order, please give us a call at 440.942.8318 or 888.881.1908, 9am - 5pm ET, Monday through Friday.

    Online orders:
    You can rest assured that orders placed online are secure. We use Secure Socket Layers (SSL), the industry standard in transferring information to process your orders. The SSL encrypts, or translates, your order information into a highly indecipherable code, which is then deleted once your order is processed.

    Note: For credit card orders, your account will not be charged until your order is shipped.

    Returns:
    Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from BrightGuy, simply return the item within 30 days. The item must be returned in good condition, in original boxes, with parts and accessories and with all paperwork to insure full product credit. (Note: Shipping charges are refunded for defective products only). We will promptly send a replacement or issue credit for the purchase price, whichever you prefer. Ship returns to BrightGuy at the address below. We recommend that you insure any items being returned, because we can issue credit only for items received.
