The 5.11 UC3.400 Light for Life LED flashlight does not require batteries or replacement bulbs. The 5.11 UC3.400 uses state-of-the-art UltraCapacitor and LED technology. This rechargeable LED flashlight charges in only 90 seconds (using the included DC (car) charger). The Light for Life UC3.400 performs well in a wide temperature range and is water resistant. Charging the 5.11 Light for Life UC3.400 rechargeable flashlight:
The 5.11 Light for Life UC3.400 includes a DC (car) charger. Plug the cord into a standard cigarette lighter plug for charging. The blue LED at the top of the charger will blink slowly then faster. Charging is complete when the blue LED stops flashing. Normal charging time is 90 seconds. The UC3.400 can be left in the charger with no damage to the flashlight.
