The NovaTac EDC 120P programmable flashlight with intelligent power supply lets you set brightness levels and signaling features. The light output on the 120P is automatically reduced to preserve the battery as it runs down. You can also adjust the brightnes level to suit your situation or to conserve power. At the lowest output level the EDC 120P will run for up to ten days on a single CR123A lithium battery.

Maximum setting: 120 lumens / 30 minutes runtime
Up to 10 days continuous output at 0.3 lumens

For basic operation perform the following:
1. Click: Turn on to primary
2. Two Clicks: Toggle between Primary and Secondary or return to Primary or Secondary from other settings
3. Three Clicks: Minimum setting
4. Press: Momentary Maximum setting
5. Click-Press: Maximum setting
6. Click: Turn off
7. Click Press: Maximum setting from off
NOTE: A Click is less than 1/3 second (like a mouse click) and a Press is greater than 1/3 second

Are the NovaTac lights expensive? Yes. Are they worth it? Yes, if you're a flashlight geek like me (and my brother). These lights are tiny, adjustable and put out a very usable, useful circle of light. By the way, they're so favored by the military and law enforcement because they're practically bombproof. Drop it in your pocket, clip it to your belt and you'll forget about it - until you need it! - Wild Bill says "Get you one..." |
