The NovaTac EDC 120T tactical flashlight with intelligent power supply automatically reduces output to preserve the battery as they start to run down, reducing the risk that you will ever be left in the dark. The brightness levels of EDC 120T can also be adjusted to meet your mission requirements or to conserve power. T. from Yucaipa, CA gives it a 3 and says.. This'll be a simple, non-technical review: I have many flashlights, LED and incandescent, and this little powerhouse is amazing. In its holster it is like a small pocket knife, but it has a full-size mag light brightness--well, brighter than that. It is the brightest of all the flashlights I currently own and my favorite light. No "tests" on durability or longevity so far. The low setting is quite adequate for checking a room out or dealing with people (patients). The bright setting is great for settings as large as a backyard or large room. It's only limitation (Jeesh, can't I have EVERYTHING?) is throw. I'd guess its effective throw is in the neighborhood of 100-150'. This is acceptable since this is not a spotlight but a blindingly bright tactical light that is impossible to look at!
Fantastic light!
