Petzl TacTikka XP Adapt is a high-powered single LED headlamp with three lighting levels and boost mode to adapt the light to the activity at hand. The TacTikka XP provides a powerful, even and adjustable white light with long light duration. For close up lighting, just slide the wide-angle flood lens. A single light source in a compact headlamp for multiple uses. The Petzl TacTikka XP has a convenient battery life indicator. The indicator light plus blinking LED warn when the batteries are approximately 70 percent drained and warn again at 90 percent drained. The TacTikka XP Adapt includes interchangeable red, green, blue and clear filters.

The ADAPT multi-mount system allows the light source to be detached from the headband and reattached to:
- a clip for use with a jacket, belt, back pack shoulder strap, etc.
- an adhesive adapter for helmets or any other hard surface.
