The Bright Star Responder 3C Rechargeable can operate from the supplied NiCad battery pack or 3 C cell alkaline batteries. The on/off push button base makes for easy one hand operation. The light will run for 2 hours at 35,000 candlepower with the NiCad battery pack and 5 hours at 50,000 candlepower with alkaline batteries. The light is UL listed Class 1 Div 1 and Class 1 Div 2. The is a waterproof flashlight - to 100 feet.
