Warranty and Returns:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from BrightGuy, simply return the item within 30 days. The item must be returned in new condition (without engraving, scratches or any other damage), in original boxes, with parts and accessories and with all paperwork to insure full product credit. (Note: Original shipping charges will not be refunded, and you will be responsible for return shipping charges). We will promptly send a replacement or issue credit (to the original form of payment) for the purchase price, whichever you prefer. Ship returns to BrightGuy at the address below. We recommend that you insure any items being returned, because we can issue credit only for items received.

For international orders, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges as well as the shipping charges for any replacement products.
